Radiation physics, biology and safety (OPEN UNI)

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:

• describe the principal generation mechanisms of different types of radiation and their interactions with matter
• describe the essential effects of radiation on health

The course features continuous assessment, which is based on completing the given assignments. More detailed instructions will be given at the beginning of the course.
