In this course, you develop your Finnish skills and deepen your knowledge of social issues related to Finnish working life.

Education description
- Introduction to Finnish society: social structure, rule of law, welfare and equality, power, influence and decision-making.
- Working communities in Finland: employer's and employee's responsibilities, well-being of the working community.
- Review of the basic level of the Finnish language (A2–B1) and assessment of one's own skill level and planning for the development of language skills.
