Introduction to Graphic Design (OPEN UNI)

The course is part of the study package International Business Communication.

The student knows the history of graphic design and possible job profiles. The student will recognise good taste and style in graphic design in terms of colour and typography. The student will be able to design a company logo in a way that the colours and typography reflect the company as well as possible. The student will be able to evaluate the visual appearance of companies and/or organisations using graphic design principles and be able to analyse the differences and similarities between different cultures.

A self-paced online course in Moodle workspace. At the beginning of the course there is a remote kick-off meeting, which is recorded in the workspace. About halfway through the course, there will be a remote mid-term meeting, which will be recorded in the workspace.
