Upon completion of the course the student will be able to:

uUnderstand the effects of activity and lifestyle on well-being and functional capacity

understand the importance of balance and motor skills in terms of well-being and the factors affecting them

can test and practice one´s own balance in an upward direction

Online course is completed as independent studies in Moodle online learning environment. Independent studies 27 h. The tasks included in the online course are done independently
