Education description

The course examines structural, functional, and social factors and models within distribution channels. Participants will explore logistics functions, coordination, channel member roles and business models in retail (e.g., franchising, cooperatives, e-commerce, multi-channel distribution). Functional interdependencies in distribution are also examined with illustrative numerical examples.
