- Bioinformatics and data analysis training module 25 ects (Academic Year 2022-2023)
Types of omics data and their generation. The Galaxy ambient and processing pipelines. Specific pipelines for genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics data. Best practices and troubleshooting. Application of analytical techniques from the course “Data models and methods, module 1” to the processed data.
