Thesis (OPEN UNI)

Prerequisites and co-requisites The required (recommended) prerequisite is the completion of the following studies prior to enrolling for the course: Health Education, basic studies 20 cr and 20 credits of the Health Education, intermediate studies.

Recommended optional programme components The course is an independent entity and does not require additional studies carried out at the same time.

Student reports on a theme or topical issue related to health promotion, health education or a special theme or current issue in health education at a chosen school.

Self-paced. The course does not include scheduled teaching sessions, but there are deadlines for the assignments to be completed during the course.

In this course, the student must submit a written thesis or a development project plan that has been completed and approved. The thesis or development project plan may also be presented in seminars, the schedules of which are determined during the course. The thesis/development project may be completed individually or in pairs. The assessment criteria for the thesis are based on the guidelines provided during the course.

The course utilizes verbal grading scale Pass/Incomplete.
