No previous studies are required to participate the course.

On completion of the course, the student will be able to:

• identify and articulate their key competences and strengths and set goals that interest them
• recognize which areas of competence he/she needs to develop in order to achieve their goals
• use a strategic mindset to plan for the future, taking into account changes in their environment and anticipating their impact on their own activities

The course is delivered online in the Moodle learning environment.

The course is implemented entirely as online studies. Approved completion of the course requires independent studying of the course materials as well as approved completion of independent assignments.
