This course offers you an in-depth look at learning difficulties and how we can support each learner on their unique learning journey. The course covers topics such as: key learning difficulties and comorbidity (e.g., attention and executive function challenges, reading difficulties, mathematical difficulties, visuospatial learning difficulties) factors shaping learning (e.g., hereditary background, motivation, home environment, social relationships) specific learning issues related to immigrant background starting points for supporting learning
