Introduction to the Basics of Special Education (OPEN UNI)

Recommended optional programme components 2 ECTS credits can be included in the 5 ECTS course of the AY 402106P Basic Course in Special Education

After completing the course, the student is able to

• describe some principles in Finnish special education
• is aware of the key special pedagogical values
• describe key learning challenges

Independent study in a Moodle online environment with lecture recordings and assignments, around 54 h. The course is self-paced.

Will be informed and given on the Moodle course platform.

Studying of lecture recordings and completing assignments.
