Education description

Spanish language skills are particularly important for tourism, culture and foreign trade. Your Spanish studies will also introduce you to Spanish and Latin American lifestyle and culture. The course covers basic structures and vocabulary of Spanish with a focus on topics relevant to the everyday lives of exchange students. Topics of the course include Spanish-speaking countries and their cultures, telling about oneself, family, asking for the way, restaurant and travel situations, studies and free time. Grammatical structures include, for example, the genus and number of noun, the inflection of adjectives, forming questions, regular and irregular verbs in the present tense, reflexive verbs, and the expression of near future. Contents are practiced using a variety of listening, reading and pronunciation exercises as well as conversation and writing exercises.
