Communication Channels in Marketing (OPEN UNI)

This course provides an understanding in using internet in digital marketing and achieving communication and marketing goals. Main themes are community management, social media, digital communication and digital strategy. This course links theory and practical business experiences through case studies and student´s own experiences and learning process, which gives basic skills in making communication and marketing plans and understanding social media landscape.
