Having completed the course, the student knows

• the connections and differences between the field of sociological research and sociology and other discplines of science,
• how to distinguish between research trends in sociology and
• to use the most important concepts of sociology.

Mode of delivery Face-to-face and/or remote teaching. Students will be informed about this before the course starts. Lectures 20 h, optional literature and exam 2 h, Independent work 115 hours
